Why would I make a separate channel for Negative Feedback?

Facing bad reviews from customers honestly gives me a headache. It shows that I'm not doing a good enough job, and bad reviews can help me know where I'm not doing a good job. It also lets me know where to improve.

In the face of bad reviews I can do a good job of the product, I was too naive when I made this product. I didn't consider many user scenarios well. So I can only improve it slowly after the customer's feedback.

This is also the most valuable experience in my life.
