Why would I make a separate channel for Negative Feedback? – Kindle Page Turner

I was really excited for the kindle page turner. I'm in a sling for 6 weeks wanted to be able to read more easily.
Setting it up on my Paperwhite was very easy and as indicated you don't have to pair the parts.
The primary frustration was that it doesn't reliably turn the page. 25% is the time the page would turn, 40% of the time nothing would happen, 25% of the time it would flip to the previous page, and 10% of the time it would change the font size which I assume meant it was trying to go backwards and forward at the same time. This was when using the top A button. I didn't experiment as much with the B button but it had similar problems with not working reliably.
（Seller: I recommend using a Page Turner clip in a different zone of the kindle，By the way, we upgraded for shipments after August 18th. Enhanced the signal.）
Additionally, the range seemed to be quite small. It almost never worked when the remote was held near my waist (~2 ft from the kindle).

Very disappointed. This is a great idea and would have been really helpful. :(
